OH MY GAHHH! TODAY WAS AWESOME!

HELLO, FELLOW ALIENS :D
I TOTALLY LOVE TODAY! HIPHOP CLASS WAS GREAT!
haha. hey'all! just came back from bugis street with my mum. we went there for ahwile to do some shopping after our hiphop class. anyways, the hiphop class was awesome. i really enjoyed it so much! our intructress was named, Glady, and shes relly good. haha. ofcourse what right? shes an instructress there. im just stating the obvious. haha. so yeh. my mum and i reached the SMU building, at the Li Ka Shing library, where the main branch was. which means, the studios were bigger and better. haha. they have another branch at simei, East Point. but the studio over there is kinda small. so yupp. but i go there sometimes too. :)
we reached at about, 1.20pm? cause our class was at 2pm, and we didnt like to be late. besides, we hadnt had our lunch. so my mum and i went to register and pay for the class first, incase there werent any slots left. haha. i know right? so kiasu. oh wellllllll. cant be helped. it was like, a once in a life time oppurtunity to go for a class studio, where all the classes were at $10 each. haha. i've mentioned in my previous posts right? that they were doing this for charity. so, its for a good course! yayy! :D
so after regristering, we went to have our lunch at the coffee shop just beside Studio Wu. and my mum was like, 'see? if you study hard, you can come to this university. everything here is so nice. and halfway during class, you can come down to attend a dance class to destress. im sure some of the students here do that too. ' and blah blah blah. she gave her long talk, but i must agree with her. haha. i really do envy the students here. after studying halfway, they can just come down for dance class. so nice right? omggg. haha. i wish MY school had such a policy. but then i'll just have to keep dreaming on. ;D
so anyways, after lunch, the class was about to start soon. we waited outside and watched the other classes that were still dancing. one of the classes was contemporary i think.. and the other was hiphop. haha. very nice, loved it. heh. we took some brochures also, but the courses here in Studio Wu are very expensive. its all above $150 for like, a month or 15 classes. 15 classes are for students only. haha. special i guess. but you know what? the price also goes up. for 15 classes, its $192 ( and something cents. cant remember ) haha ya, so bad right? ahh well. but there was this particular course, and ita called a trial month. means, they let you have unlimited classes for that month, for only $128.40. haha. which is a very good price already. haha. i wanted it so baddddd. but at that time, my mum didnt let me join. she thought it was too expensive. hahaha.
soon ater, the class started. the choreography for this dance was nice. its kind of repititve, but i liked it. eventhough my mum thinks its tiring, she says people of my age will like it more than people of her age. haha. cause we're younger and have more energy, or something like that. haha. so yupp. an hour later, the class ended, and since we had to rush off to meet our contractor for the house, i forgot to ask Glady what the title of the song was. it was really nice. when i stepped out of the studio, i was just like, ' OHH DANG IT! i forgot to ask what the title of the song was!' cause you know, i was planning on using this dance for the sec one orientation in school. the seniors were incharge of choreographing the steps and stuff. but oh well. i can always find another song for this choreo. heh! :D
so, all in all, i really enjoyed the class. hahaha. wait, what am i talkin about? i've always enjoyed the dance classes at Studio Wu. haha. and when we were coming back home, we were talking about the unlimited classes course thingy again. haha. i guess i keep bringing it up. anyways, we were talking about it, and surprisingly, MY MUM LET ME! I.AM.SO.HAPPY! YEAHHHHHH!!! WHOOHOO! haha. so yupp. i think im going to go sign up for it soon. anyone who wants to join me, or whos interested, you can leave me a tag, or an email, and i can give you the rest of the details. for the class schedule, on whos teaching and what type of dance they have for that week or day, you can go to their website. here, www.studiowu.com :)
ALRIGHT GUYS, NOW YOU KNOW WHY I LOVED TODAY! hahaha. OH OH, and i might get the studio wu t-shirt too. yayyyy meeeeeeee ;D its 27 bucks though. quite expensive. but not as bad the the O School, another dance centre, their shirts are at 30 plus. haha. even worse. but nicer lah. haha. oh well. i guess you cant have both nice and cheap. haha ;D
